When you contact us, request a quote, apply for a job, or use the callback feature on this website, we collect the personal information you provide directly - such as your name, phone number, email address, company name, job-related details (including your resume and security licence number), and anything contained in your message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records limited technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) in server logs, used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.

02 How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiries, prepare and deliver quotes, evaluate job applications, schedule callbacks, and provide the security services you request.

We may use your contact details to follow up about your enquiry or application. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email. Our website hosting and email are provided by third-party service providers, and Google provides the font and map services described above. 05 How Long We Keep Information

We keep enquiry and quote information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship plus any period required by law. Job applications that do not lead to employment are kept for up to 12 months in case a suitable position opens, then securely deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
